A federal agency that focuses primarily on conducting and funding research into neurological conditions, including Parkinson's. News and information on treatment, government policies, and clinical trials are also available.

National Parkinson Foundation

Parkinson's Disease Foundation (PDF)

Parkinson's Research: The Organized Genetics Initiative (PROGENI)
