NEUPRO Dawn Program - Informational Overview

FOR PATIENTS

• As UCB prepares to bring Neupro^® (Rotigotine Transdermal System) to U.S. patients, they wanted to offer physicians and their patients the opportunity to access product samples at no cost, before the product is available in retail pharmacies, in order to evaluate the tolerability and effectiveness of NEUPRO. 
• Through this program, referred to as the NEUPRO Dawn Patient Use Program, patients whom participating physicians determine are clinically appropriate for NEUPRO will be able to receive samples through their physicians at no cost for up to 8 weeks of treatment. 
• For more information, your HCP may request to be a part of this program by contacting 877-239-7166.
• Neupro will be commercially available in retail pharmacies in July 2012.
